What educational meaning does a student-led social
participation class have?
: Focusing on the activities of "A Study on the Promotion of Industry�Academic Cooperation Activities in Traditional Markets"

The researcher sought to identify the educational effects of social
participation classes by paying attention to educational effects among
the findings of "A Study on Industry-Academic Cooperation Activities
in Traditional Markets." In response, various literature studies, including
Kim Hyun-kyung (2014)'s "Effect of Social Participation Class on Youth
Citizenship: Focusing on Community Consciousness and Political
Attitudes," confirmed that the deliberation process included in the class
had a positive impact on the degree of citizenship improvement. In order
to expand the research results of Kim Hyun-kyung (2014) limited to
high school classes to university classes, the team's internal interview
was analyzed based on the measure presented by Kim Hyun-kyung
(2014). Through this, it was confirmed that Kim Hyun-kyung (2014)'s
research results could be derived the same in social participation classes at
universities. Finally, the researcher suggested to the school the opening of
an appropriate type of social participation activity class in consideration
of the degree of deliberation, personal variation, and the impact of
curriculum variables on the class.
