A Survey on University Students' Perception of Non-face-to-face Online Classes in the Covid-19 Era

This study surveyed class satisfaction and analyzed the results of
five courses (N=154) conducted by online non-face-to-face classes at
Kyunghee University in the second semester of 2020. As a result of the
survey, class satisfaction was 29% higher in the second semester than in
the first semester. This is due to the fact that both professors and students
wisely dealt with the confusion and trial and error caused by the sudden
conversion of online non-face-to-face classes and solved the problem.
In particular, the operation and management of all subjects have been
unified through the establishment of e-Campus, allowing both professors
and students to easily conduct and participate in classes. In addition, as
many point out that communication between professors, students, and
students has not been smoothly achieved, professors should quickly devise
a communication method suitable for online lectures.
