직업적성 개념에서 주목해야 할 측면

이 연구의 목적은 정교화의 충실화 작업을 통해 이론적·실천적 지지력을 갖춘 직업적성
개념의 조건을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기존 연구에서 주목하지 않았던 측면(직무의
내용 변화, 직무와 직업적성의 상호작용, 직업적성의 주체적 계발과 형성, 직업적성의 직
업관 의존성)을 집중 조명한다.
첫째, 직무의 기술적·사회적 내용 변화에 대한 다각적 분석을 전제하거나 병행해야 비로
소 직업적성의 균형적·심층적·역동적 이해가 가능해진다. 직무 내용의 변화는 직업적성 자
체의 가변성뿐만 아니라 그 발현 조건의 변화를 함축하기 때문이다. 둘째, 직무가 직업적
성에 미치는 영향만큼이나 후자 역시 전자에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 연관적, 통일적 관점에
서 접근해야 양자의 상관적 변화를 포착할 수 있다. 셋째, 직업적성 계발 및 형성에 영향을
미치는 주체적 요인에 주목해야, 역동적이고 성숙한 직업적성 개념에 도달할 수 있다. 넷
째, 사고와 행위의 가치 지향성은 인간의 본래적 특성이기에, 직업관은 직업적성 개념 및
직업적성 형성 과정과 양상에 큰 영향을 미친다.
이론적, 실천적 지지력을 갖춘 직업적성 개념은 직무 중심 논리 강화, 주목받았던 측면과
주목받지 못했던 측면의 균형 회복, 구성 요인들의 복합적 상호관계를 드러낼 수 있는 접
근법을 전제해야 한다.

Noteworthy Aspects in the Study of Concept ‘Occupational Aptitude’
: Philosophical Approch

Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to grope for possibility of the concept ‘occupational aptitude’ to be supported by theoretical and practical power through the philosophical elaboration & enrichment. To accomplish it, this paper searches for noteworthy aspects in the study of it. For excising studies can't propose a good power of explanation on problems connected definition and essence of occupational aptitude.
In the first place, we can only reach balanced in-depth and dynamic understanding of occupational aptitude if the variation of technical social Contents of job must be premised and involved in our studies. Secondly, mutual dependance between job & occupational aptitude and correlative variation of contents of both are only exposed come out from the relative and unified viewpoint on occupational aptitude & contents of job. Thirdly, in order to reach balanced understanding on occupational aptitude, we ought to concentrate on not only external conditions but also internal factors of it's formation and developing. And fourthly, value-oriented disposition of human thinking & action have always to be used for the valid and effective access to comprehend the formation processes & aspects of occupational aptitude.
In the final analysis, the concept of occupational aptitude to be supported by theoretical and practical power have to premise enforcement of job-centred stance , balance of aspects to be focused on and not to be focused on in existing research, the idea that the complex approach is apt for occupational aptitude.
